Departmental Progressive Club Legacy Foundation (DPC Legacy Foundation) is dedicated to empowering young aspiring community members through transformative mentorship relationships, character development programs, cultural awareness initiatives, and life skills training that cultivate confident leaders committed to personal excellence and community engagement — and to expanding access to opportunity through the awarding of college and summer camp scholarships that open doors and ignite possibility.
